Attention 1963 to 1967 Roadster owners!

Greetings from Colorado.
My name is Bobby Clayton and I do own a mid-year C2 roadster. Iíve always wanted a glass roof on my car like the Bubble top on the C1 and Plexiglas targa tops on later models. Nothing has ever been available for us C2 ownersÖUNTIL NOW! Iím on the cutting edge of a cool idea that will make your C2 Corvette convertible even more unique. Iíve found a way to duplicate the shape of the mid-year hardtop made out of ľĒ smoke Plexiglas with a stock rear window. Iím the inventor and I have the mold. Itís still in development phase and just a few weeks away from production. Itís so new I donít have pictures to send you of my prototype.
What I need from you, or your club members, are some C2 owners that may want me to build you one or two of these tops. Certainly no commitment at this time and Iím not taking orders yet. Obviously these will be made here in Colorado and will be made of the best quality I can do. These tops will be for show and a definite head turner because nobody has them. Tops will fasten in the normal positions as your hardtop does now. No modification to your car.
Cost will be approximately $4850 +some shipping to you., maybe $200. This amount will be just an intro cost so I can get started in full assembly. HereĎs your chance to help yourself save some cash on these tops, if this is what you want. If you will send me your name and email address I will offer you $100 off your first order and FREE shipping to the lower 48. This will help me understand the market and the demand of my product.
Just send me your name, email address, city and state. When Iím ready to start producing, you will be the first to get pictures and a chance to order. Forms and payment will be sent upon full development.
Please forward this to anyone who may have an interest.
Thank you and I hope to hear from you SOON!

Bobby,
I'm having a difficult time understanding this. You have a mold but no pictures. You've never made a prototype? You're not taking orders but offering discounts from a set price. This has got scam all over it. Is "Pay Pal" involved somehow?
