Looking at my component location sheet it says that the horn relay is located and attached to a wiring bundle just above the fuse panel.  Rick

I think if you dont drive your car very often the antique plates are the only way to go.  Fifty dollars for five years and of course no annual state inspection.  I have never been stopped or questioned on my car.  My buddy has antique plates on his 77 Luv truck and for years he drove it to and from work every day and never been stopped.

Thanks for replying back with a confirmed fix.  Lots of times we dont know if problems are solved or not.  Not much room to work up under that dash is there?  I see from a map you are west of Fredericksburg.  I have rode my motorcycle the back roads down 281 into Johnson city and Lukenbach and all thru your area.  The Hill country is beautiful

Maybe in the fall we will head south your way again. Right now too hot for your direction.  Soon we will be venturing back up into Arkansas.   I would really enjoy meeting other forum members.  I'll let you know when I am headed south.
