The 2012 Corvettes continue the time honored tradition of continued improvements in the model's generation. alot of significant items that were options or not available on certain models are now offered across the board, new this year are a couple of colors most notable is "Carlisle" blue I saw one yesterday at my local Chevrolet dealer and it is very close to the light blue metallic (code 26) offered from 1975-1977. although in '75 &'76 I believe the code for the color was 22=bright blue, it really looked sharp and brought out the lines of the C-6 very nicely, this was on a Grand-Sport edition and with the added body enhancements, the car looked super. those with light blue metallic '77's will be very happy to see this color return to the Corvette.
