Kinda hard to tell from the pic but that color reminds me of  the 60's burgundy Mustang

Alan,
Just discovered you are only about 100 miles away, we must meet and chin wag.  I want to know what the guys used to fix your fiberglass please.  And I want you to know you are responsible for giving me a swift kick up the whoopsie to get started on my project again.

Cheers

Alan, it's looking very good.  Nothing better than knowing a GREAT paint and body man, especially when you have a Corvette.  Even better when that paint and body man will cut you a deal. Wink

Yes we must meet up sometime...just let me know what's good for you. I'll send you my cell number. You did a lot over the last year & I'm sure things can get over whelming at times. I know I've been there a few times. As far as the fiberglass repairing I am a novice, but I'll ask Harry & see what he uses. I do see that they do things in many stages which is why it takes so long. He spent the better part of a day just getting the  hood even with the body.

Really great to see the way a professional paint man operates. Wink  Not like the quick paint places which just sprayy paint on the exposed surfaces and called it done. Sad  This will be a paint job to be proud of for a lifetime not for a few weeks. Wink

AWESOME. gonna look mean with the black interior. You're gonna have to get some shiny rims for it though to brighten it up at night. You already looking?
