Like a sieve Undecided when I wash mine I put a catch pan between the front seats to catch the water (mine leaks from the T-Tops). A process of elimination is in your future, sorry to say Undecided or do you know where it's coming from? I would first ck the radiator core, if it hasn't been replaced (38 years of use is a long service life) put it on your to do list. The A-Pillars need to be checked (a common place to find problems). Water diverters need to be there and doing their job. T-Tops are a pain to adjust, good weather stripping with TIME and PATIENCE are a must. Remember, T-Tops are not cheap, adjust with caution and no gorilla gripping. There are instructions on doing this, I'll try to find them and post or a member will jump in with guidance. Good luck and update when possible. We love pictures Wink

Whith a hose, flashlight and a second body I'd dig in there and find the problem. It might take awhile so I'd disconnect the neg battery cable ( might be overkill but might save you from some pain ). Use as little water to find the leak. You can also find some good tech articles on the web for help. Let us know what you find!
