Antifreeze drip??? (Read 47 times)

Or at least that is what it looks like. Car is a 1980 with AC. There is a canister that sits behind the passenger front fender well just inside the vent through the front quarter panel and below coolant reservoir.
On the bottom of this canister is a metal pipe that makes a bend then goes up to connect to a line that goes to the AC compressor.
Bottom of this pipe seems to be cracked and leaking what looks to be antifreeze.
  What is the Best fix for this? Thanks for any input!

Wipe it off and you can see it start to get wet again and after a while it will build up enough you can tell it is green. Eventually it will drip.

I have never looked at a 1980, but I suspect what you are describing is the drier & what you see is oil from the air conditioning unit.  Does it smell like anti-freeze or oil?
