OK,
so what do I use to remove the sticky stuff under an emblem.
The rear "CORVETTE" on an 88 bumper was removed and I would like to take the sticky off without damaging the paint.

I have the same issue on my fathers 2002 C5 where the emblem was removed but the black double sided tape is still there somewhat.

I do not want to damage the paint on either the bumper or hood.

All ideas welcome!
Thanks
Scott

I have used my thumb to roll the sticky backing on to itself. Of course your thumb won't be worth a crap for a few days...jack

Try Lacquer Thinner... Check it first on paint you can't see. But this removes wax too . Been using it for years. Also like https://googone.com/
