going to be putting my new water pump on soon. The new pump came with a steel pin. I don't remember removing such a pin when I took the old one off. Does it get used in the lower hole of the mounting flange?

I can't seem to post any pictures. I keep getting a message that the file is too large. How do I make the file smaller?

If you are on a PC,
Microsoft Paint has a resize option.

Otherwise there are many free software packages that can do it.
My favorite is "Gimp"
