way back in 1993 GM forced Oldsmobile dealers to lay out up to $25000.00 to sell and service the new 1995 Aurora well, Oldsmobile and it's dealerships went out of business  fast forward 25 years and GM is doing the same thing with the 2020 Corvette "Not every Chevrolet Dealer will be able to sell and service the Corvette" I see a lot of marketing mistakes already with this car and dealerships that are "fortunate" enough to be on the sell/service list will have to shell out about 20 grand for tooling, send some of their staff to Corvette school and have a registered/certified Corvette specialist on their sales staff. seems a bit much to me and you can bet it will only add $$ to the sticker price at the dealerships in the form of a "Market Value Adjustment" maybe after 67 years Chevrolet has finally decided to kill the Corvette.
