My bride and I finally got home!

We and 2 other couples bare boat charted a 48' Catamaran from Moorings!
After a few days in St Lucia we boarded in Rodney Bay and took the boat South! We visited several places including St Vincent and Grenadines and as far South as the Tobago Cays!

We had a wonderful time! The sailing was quite spirited in 25kt winds pushing the cat to 10.5 kts at times! Rollers as high as the helm and a 2' chop on top gave us one heck of a ride!

We snorkeled, swam, had barbecue's, walked in the sand, shopped and sailed some more!
West Indies and the Caribbean are a great place to play!

Best of all is it snowed here in the Seattle area the entire time we were gone! Other than a few sheltered piles of snow it was all gone when we got back!

It is good to be home!

I remember when I lived in Guam I used to grab sharks & ride them  3' & 4' sharks. You can steer them just turn there nose the way you want to go sorta like a horse except you can go up & down plus they never stop Smiley
