Our trip this year was to just get away from it all!
We did our normal thing only paired down. We can not cross the border so we stayed in the US.
Day one is normally a travel day so we literally drop anchor at the end of the day and just relax.
Day two was the most "interesting" day of the trip.
Mid day still at anchor I flew my drone from the stern of Destiny! OMG! What beautiful pictures and videos I was getting! Seriously pretty scenery! Bringing in my Mavic Air 2, I was flying low and getting some great shots of Destiny at anchor. I brought the drone around to the stern and was slowly bringing her in for a "hand catch" type of landing! I was so focussed on slow and steady flight I did not even see the vhf antenna on our dinghy sticking up 4 feet from her highest point! Doh! I flew my drone right into the antenna! I lost control, it hit the Bimini on the dink, slid down, and hit the drink! It sank faster than the tear that ran down my cheek!
Oh man!

. We have an underwater video camera on board I could have dropped it down, possibly snag the drone and retrieve it but we were anchored in 60' of salt water. I figured the drone was a loss so why bring it up. Hang it on the wall? No. My home office is full of stuff. Don't need another item.

Oh well.
On the bright side, we had a fantastic time otherwise! Weather was good but not hot, almost no rain the entire trip, we ate good food and even met some friends!
An interesting side note:
Crossing the US Canadian border has never been a concern even if not going to Canada! We could sail across the border and as long as we had no contact with another boat on the other side, did not land EG go to shore, and did not anchor, we were fine and need no passports! We could come back without issue.
However:
With COVID, the border is closed. We can not even sail over the boarder. The Canadians HAVE boarded, taken to Canada, and FINED boats for just sailing across the line!!! YIKES! You'd think no problem, however when we we were on a perfect tack in Haro Straight
I was so focussed on TWO GPS units Making dang sure we did not cross the imaginary line in the water it kind of takes a little away from the fun!

So sad to be so close to our Canadian friends and we are not allowed to visit!
On the other hand we did have a beautiful sail that day tacking and taking in the scenery, warm sun, and cool breeze! Destiny, full sail, her flags flying, and my bride make for a perfect day in my book!

The rest of our trip was wonderful however uneventful! We spent half our time on the hook and the other half at various docks! Eating aboard and in restaurants as we desired at the moment! We read books, I played my guitar, and I made many runs to shore so our Corgi could relieve herself! LOL!
